Refunds
Because the book is a digital download that you can read immediately, we cannot take it back once it has been downloaded. We still want you to be happy.
We will refund or fix your order if
- the file is damaged or will not open, and we cannot fix it for you;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you were charged but never received a download link.
How
Contact us within 14 days of your purchase at hello@mikisi.co with the email address you used to pay. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take several days to appear.
